1. Giriş
KUWAL GAMES ("biz", "bizim"), "One Move All" bulmaca oyununu kullanan oyuncularımızın gizliliğini korumayı taahhüt eder. Bu Gizlilik Politikası belgesi, oyunumuzu kullandığınızda hangi verilerin toplandığını, nasıl kullanıldığını ve güvenliğinin nasıl sağlandığını açıklamaktadır.
2. Toplanan Bilgiler ve Veriler
Uygulamamız, liderlik tablosu, bulut kayıt, profil, market ve oyun ilerleme yönetimi için aşağıdaki verileri işleyebilir:
- Oyuncu adı veya uygulamanın otomatik oluşturduğu misafir adı
- Oyuncunun gönderdiği bekleyen isim değişikliği talepleri ve kalan isim değiştirme hakkı bilgisi
- Uygulama tarafında üretilen benzersiz oyuncu/cihaz kimliği (Device ID)
- Oyun ilerlemesi, skor, yıldız, tamamlanan bölüm ve XP bilgileri
- İpucu sayısı, günlük/haftalık görev ilerlemesi, başarımlar ve oyun istatistikleri
- Seçilen tema, blok görünümü, ses, müzik ve görsel efekt tercihleri
- Market ürünlerinin kilit/açık durumu, özel teklif durumu ve uygulama içi ürün tercihleri
- Cihaz üreticisi, cihaz modeli ve cihaz adı bilgisi; bu bilgi cihaz tarafından sağlanıyorsa kaydedilebilir
- IP adresi, yaklaşık ülke kodu/ülke adı ve son güncelleme zamanı
- Liderlik tablosu kaydını korumak ve suistimalleri/sahte skor gönderimlerini önlemek için uygulama tarafında üretilen gizli anahtar
Uygulamamız; ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon numarası, kişiler, fotoğraf, kamera, mikrofon veya hassas konum verisi gibi doğrudan kimlik belirleyici kişisel bilgileri kesinlikle istemez ve toplamaz.
3. Verilerin Kullanımı
Toplanan veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılır:
- Oyun ilerlemesini kaydetmek ve oyuncu profilini göstermek
- Liderlik tablosunu oluşturmak, güncellemek ve sıralamaları korumak
- Oyuncu adı değişikliği taleplerini yönetici onayına sunmak ve uygun görülen adları aktif etmek
- Tema, blok görünümü, market ve ipucu tercihlerini cihazlar arasında tutarlı şekilde saklamak
- Kötüye kullanım ve sahte skor gönderimlerini tespit edip azaltmak
- Bakım modu, zorunlu yeniden başlatma, ülke gösterimi ve destek süreçlerini yönetmek
- Uygulama deneyimini geliştirmek ve stabiliteyi sağlamak
4. Yerel Depolama (Local Storage)
Oyun ilerlemesi, ipucu sayısı, tema ve blok görünümü tercihleri, ses/müzik/görsel efekt ayarları, market kilit durumları, oyuncu adı ve liderlik tablosu kimliği gibi veriler cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanabilir. Bu veriler, bulut kayıt özelliği için oyun sunucusuna da gönderilebilir.
5. Veri Paylaşımı
Liderlik tablosu, profil, market tercihleri ve ilerleme verileri oyun sunucumuza HTTPS üzerinden şifrelenmiş olarak gönderilir. Veriler reklam ağlarıyla veya üçüncü taraf analiz servisleriyle paylaşılmaz. Yaklaşık ülke bilgisini belirlemek ve güvenlik kontrollerini desteklemek için IP adresi, teknik olarak IP tabanlı konum belirleme servisine sorgulanabilir ve sonuç olarak ülke kodu/ülke adı saklanabilir.
Uygulama içinde gerçek para ile satın alınabilen ürünler gösterilebilir. Ödeme bilgileri tarafımızdan toplanmaz; uygulama içi satın alma doğrulaması aktif edildiğinde ödeme işlemleri ilgili uygulama mağazasının altyapısı üzerinden yürütülür.
6. Bildirimler
Uygulama, günlük meydan okuma ve ücretsiz ipucu hatırlatıcıları için yerel bildirim izni isteyebilir. Kullanıcı olarak bu bildirim izinlerini dilediğiniz zaman cihazınızın ayarlar sayfasından kapatabilirsiniz.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama genel bulmaca oyunu olarak tasarlanmıştır. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Hedef kitle ve yaş beyanları Google Play Console üzerinde de doğru şekilde yapılmıştır.
8. Veri Silme Talepleri
Liderlik tablosu kaydınızın, bulut kayıt/profil verilerinizin ve oyun ilerleme verilerinizin sunucularımızdan tamamen silinmesini istemek için destek e-posta adresimiz üzerinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Talebinizde oyuncu adınızı, mümkünse cihaz/oyuncu kimliğinizi ve liderlik tablosunda görünen bilgileri belirtmeniz işlemlerin hızlanmasını sağlayacaktır.

KUWAL GAMES ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of players who use our puzzle game "One Move All". This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the security measures we take to protect it.
2. Information and Data Collected
Our application may process the following data for leaderboard functionality, cloud saves, profiles, shop features, and progress management:
- Player name or guest name automatically generated by the app
- Pending player name change requests and remaining name change rights
- A unique player/device identifier (Device ID) generated by the app
- Game progress, score, stars, completed levels, and XP data
- Hint count, daily/weekly quest progress, achievements, and gameplay statistics
- Selected app theme, block skin, sound, music, and visual effects preferences
- Shop item lock/unlock status, special offer status, and in-app product preferences
- Device manufacturer, model, and device name if provided by the device
- IP address, approximate country code/country name, and last update time
- A secure key generated by the app to protect leaderboard records and prevent abuse or fake score submissions
Our app strictly does not request or collect personally identifiable information such as first/last name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location data.
3. Use of Data
The collected data is used solely for the following purposes:
- To save and display game progress and player profiles
- To create, update, and maintain the leaderboard rankings
- To submit player name change requests for administrator approval and activate approved names
- To keep theme, block skin, shop, and hint preferences consistent across sessions/devices
- To detect and reduce abuse and fraudulent score submissions
- To manage maintenance mode, forced restarts, country display, and support workflows
- To improve the app experience and ensure stability
4. Local Storage
Game progress, hint count, theme and block skin preferences, sound/music/visual effects settings, shop unlock states, player name, and leaderboard ID data may be stored locally on your device. These data may also be sent to our game server for cloud save functionality.
5. Data Sharing
Leaderboard, profile, shop preference, and progress data are sent to our game server encrypted over HTTPS. The data is not shared with advertising networks or third-party analytics services. To determine approximate country information and support security checks, the IP address may technically be queried against an IP-based geolocation service, and the resulting country code/country name may be stored.
The app may display products that can be purchased with real money. Payment information is not collected by us; when in-app purchase verification is enabled, payments are processed through the relevant app store infrastructure.
6. Notifications
The application may request local notification permissions for daily challenges and free hint reminders. As a user, you can disable these notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The application is designed as a general puzzle game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Target audience and age declarations are correctly set in the Google Play Console.
8. Data Deletion Requests
To request the permanent deletion of your leaderboard entries, cloud save/profile data, and game progress data from our servers, you can contact us via our support email. In your request, please specify your player name, your device/player identifier if available, and any visible leaderboard details to speed up the deletion process.
